Dawn Allen joined Cargill as the Child Care Center Director in June 2016 after being in the Early Childhood field in Illinois for 18 years. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Elementary Education PreK-6th grade.
Dawn is married to her high school sweetheart, Chad, and has a son named Griffin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, attending baseball games, and spending time with her family.
