Pastor Leo has served in United Methodist ministry since 2012 and was ordained an elder in 2019. His first appointments were in his native Philippines, beginning with mission churches and eventually leading a church with several hundred members.
He and his family – his wife, Dinah, and children Lianah and Leandro – moved to Wisconsin in 2023. He had been serving as pastor of a three-point charge: Manawa, Iola and Center (Black Creek), and sharing pastoral leadership at New London. He was recently reappointed to Cargill UMC starting in July of 2026
