“Plarn” Weaving

What is “Plarn”? “Plarn” is plastic yarn made out of plastic grocery bags.
The Sleeping Mats are sent internationally and locally. They are great of those who need a barrier between them and the hard ground. They have been sent for disaster relief, for the homeless, and for those who need temporary sleeping arrangements.
The mats we are making will be donated to the Midwest Mission Distribution Center in Pawnee, Illinois.
There is a collection barrel near the Donation Center in the Narthex. Please bring in your USED, but CLEAN grocery bags and place them in the barrel.
