Controlling Caregiver Guilt
Monday, May 22 | 2-4pm or 6:30 – 8:30pm | Fellowship Hall
Guilt is a common emotion caregivers encounter.
Mary Brintnall-Peterson presents a workshop designed for caregivers to explore their personal guilt. They will gain an understanding of the differences between guilt, regret, and shame.
Through lecture, group discussion and individual work, caregivers will identity their guilt source, determine possible strategies to reduce their guilt and ultimately learn how to handle it.
