The Benefits of Yoga

This beginner-friendly yoga class will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga practice, including basic postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. We will focus on proper alignment and mindful movement, with modifications offered to accommodate all levels. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected to your body.
Heidi Alderman is an occupational therapist and is an expert on helping others to improve their strength, independence, body mechanics and mobility. This class does not require participants to have high levels of balance, strength or mobility but will teach you new ways to improve these skills. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
